4/30/2008 Wilco at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester

New City Pages Music Editor Andrea Myers – near and dear to HowWasTheShow as she was once our editor before instigating the founding of Reveille Magazine and then taking the music position at the Minneapolis alt-weekly - was referred to as indefatigable in this article just today, so it’s not surprising that she jumped at the chance on Wednesday for a semi-spontaneous road trip to see Wilco at the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium in Rochester (the closest Wilco came to the Twin Cities on this leg of their tour.)

Myers was only one of many Twin Citians who made the trek to see the Chicago band, who are cherished among Minnesotans almost as much as if they were one of their own.
