6/18/2008 Chastity Brown at the Stone Arch Festival

You couldn't have asked for a lovelier Sunday afternoon in Minneapolis. I wandered around the Stone Arch Festival of the Arts, bumping into friends and bouncing from one to another all afternoon. Amidst the copious art booths and free samples of Honey Bunches of Oats, there was music. And once again this year, all hats are off to Stacy Schwartz, Stone Arch festival music coordinator, for not only a high quality collection of acts, but also for the ability to hold it all together even with a couple of last minute lineup changes. (And she drives a mean golf cart too.)

I captured this photo of Chastity Brown at the Star Tribune stage late afternoon, and my fellow photog Jenn Barnett (one of my partners in crime as I wandered on Sunday) helped put some finishing touches on it in Photoshop.
