12/15/2006 Dance Band at the 7th Street Entry

It's been a busy week for Dance Band.  They played the Nomad  Thursday, the Entry Friday, and Big V's on Saturday.  At Friday's Entry show, an overly enthusiastic audience member jumped onto the stage, tried to balance on a monitor, and promptly plunged headfirst into the concrete floor causing an abrupt end to their set during their second song.

Saturday night at Big V's the band were able to blast without incident through a full set of funk-infused disco with such joy that the night before became a distant memory.  Also on the Big V's bill were Olympia, WA's Scream Club, who were definitely a scream.
